Our new annual review is out now. 2010-2011 has been about building and strengthening connections so we have called it Connections, reflecting the ever close working ties which are being forged both inside and outside the Group.
Connections’ two financial pages provide a particularly handy digest; although our surplus was unchanged, investment in our tenants and properties included an £18.1m spend on repairs and £16.3m on the Decent Homes standard. Read more >>

About us
We own or manage 17,000 homes, mostly across London and the Eastern region.
We believe that because of the way we are structured – as an alliance of housing associations – we combine the financial and managerial advantages of a strong group with the principles of local decision making and local services.

We have a range of homes that are available on a part-buy, part-rent basis (i.e. shared ownership), giving those who otherwise wouldn't be able to afford to buy their first home outright a chance to get on the property ladder.
