Stadium Housing Association (formerly Network Housing Association) is the Group's primary provider in north west London.

Stadium’s key activities are:
	affordable housing for rent, including new construction and regeneration
	low cost home ownership
	temporary accommodation for homeless people
	supported housing for single people with special needs and older people

We give continuing priority for creating the maximum number of new homes for people in need, taking into account the critical shortage of affordable housing in our core area, while ensuring continuous improvement of the services to our existing residents.

We work in partnership with our local Boroughs, with a focus on delivering sustainable communities, which recognise the needs and strengths of our residents, local community groups and other housing providers.

We are committed to listening to what our residents and local communities say to us, and acting on the feedback to bring about real improvements in their quality of life. We have, and are committed to, strong tenant representation on our Board and Committees.
