Just Assured specialises in providing risk management tools, advice and facilitation of risk assessments to housing associations. Our RiskMap© model and framework covers all key aspects risk management and assurance. RiskMap© provides an automated, comprehensive and effective way of capturing and updating risk assessment outputs. It is still relatively simple, however you can choose from the Essential or Advanced model to best suit your organisation's needs.

Training and Authoring
Just Assured carry out public training courses, bespoke courses and sessions and training delivered on behalf of professional bodies. We cover risk management, internal audit, assurance and corporate governance related topics. We also design and develop conferences for audit and risk specialists. We have an excellent track record of providing participative training and coaching and are happy to be regarded as the 'human face' of risk assurance.
Kelsey Walker and Jane Bloodworth have authored guidance, good practice notes, and topic papers on risk and audit, individually and jointly. These have been published by professional, special interest and regulatory bodies such as The Housing Corporation, the National Housing Federation, Chartered Institute of Public Finance Accountants and the Housing Association Internal Audit Forum.

 Kelsey Walker MBA FIIA
Kelsey is Just Assured's Managing Director, having previously worked as Group Business Assurance Director for Network Housing Group. She is a member of the Council of Directors of the Institute of Internal Auditors – UK & Ireland, and is on their Professional Development Committee, having previously chaired the Audit Committee.
 Zalika Akinsete
Zalika is Just Assured's Risk Management Co–ordinator and specialises in carrying out risk assessment workshops and guiding teams. She previously worked as Senior Internal Auditor for Network Housing Group. Zalika is currently undertaking a professional qualification in Risk Management.
 Linda Lally
Linda is Just Assured's Administration and Event Co-ordinator, she is an experienced event manager having sucessfully organised the HAIAF Conference and many training events. Linda is also responsible for the day to day administration and finance of the business.
 Sally Hunter BSc (hons) MIIA
Sally is an Associate of Just Assured and is Assistant Director – Business Assurance at Aspire Housing. Prior to joining Aspire she worked for a specialist provider of risk and audit services to housing associations, and is a former Chair of the Housing Association Internal Audit Forum.
 Jane Bloodworth
Jane is Head of Internal Audit at Department for Environment Food and Rural Affairs, having spent twelve years leading internal audit functions in housing associations, most recently at Hanover Housing Association. Jane, a Chartered Accountant, is also a director of Just Assured Ltd, a joint venture between Hanover and Network Housing Associations, providing risk management and audit consultancy to the housing sector.
