Creating communities
At Network Housing Group we have an outstanding record in development and regeneration. Network was awarded £33.1 million by the HCA to deliver 1,519 affordable homes by March 2015, a target we are on track to deliver.
As a member of the G15 group of London housing associations, Network is committed to building homes that meet high standards, but also to creating sustainable communities where residents are proud to live.
Our current portfolio
We currently own and manage 17,500 homes in over 30 boroughs across Greater London and the South East. We’re keen to extend our reach to other areas.
Working together
We are continuously looking for potential development sites. In particular, we are looking for sites suitable for the development of 20 units and above.
