Affordable rent
Network Housing Group provides affordable rented housing to local communities and works closely with local authorities in and around London. Affordable rented homes are made available to tenants at up to a maximum of 80% of market rent.

Rent to Buy
We offer a Rent to Buy housing option which means you could pay a reduced rent on a new property, with the option of buying when you are ready.
Choice-based lettings
Choice-based lettings is an allocations system which allows residents to look at the available properties in the Locata magazine or website. You can register your interest in a property by informing the landlord. A list of applicants will be drawn up and the top five will be able to view the property, the applicant with the highest priority who accepts the property will be successful.

Sheltered and supported housing
Sheltered housing allows older people to remain independent while benefitting from security and support.
Willow Housing & Care improves the quality of life for its residents and those who use its services, by providing a range of specialist housing, support and community based services to meet their needs. The accommodation provides a high level of security. We take referrals to sheltered housing from the local authorities in which we operate, as well as a number of approved, voluntary agencies, such as Age UK.
Supported housing schemes are also available in and around London for people with a wide range of needs, including people with mental health problems, learning disabilities or issues with drugs and alcohol as well as young people leaving care, teenage parents and elderly people.
Intermediate rent
London Strategic Housing offers properties for rent at below market rent for those who do not qualify for social housing. Intermediate rent is a good solution for people looking for short or mid-term housing.
Key worker rented homes
London Strategic Housing is dedicated to supporting local communities by providing a high standard of affordable key worker and student accommodation to people who play a key role such as teachers, police officers, firefighters, social workers and NHS staff.
